Find your "Why"
Hi, I am Lars. You might be asking yourself “Who is this guy?” or “Why should I work with him?”, so let me help you out a bit. I worked in Sales now for well over a decade in various industries and I've seen a lot. I am ISO certified for Enterprise Risk Management, have my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, an MBA in Leadership and a Diploma in Strategic Management. Together with my extensive experience in the field, I designed a Service approach that puts the People back in People-Business. I burn for Sales, I always did. I love interacting with people, getting to know them and helping to break through ceilings that previously weren't really identifiable. I believe that a good and efficient Sales Operation is the main driver for success in a company. Fact is, your company is operating, your days are busy. Your time goes into keeping the ship in good shape and afloat on a day-to-day basis. I am there to work on the cracks in the hull before they become an issue. You are invested in your company, you are invested in your staff, and so am I.

It's a proven process broken down in three phases. Phase 1 is the analysis phase in which understanding the company processes and challenges is the main goal. Phase 2 is the execution phase in which you will feel changes and upwind. Phase 3 is the continued support and partnership between Arventis Consulting and your company to achieve long-term growth.
